Senuti 0.50.2b1 has been released which includes experimental support for the iPod Touch and the iPhone. Please let me know if this works properly or not.

I received a report about Senuti working just fine with the iPod Touch. I believe it would work for the iPhone as well. Here's what the person did:

• Installed MacFUSE 0.4.0 (This is an older version of the application, but it's necessary for the iPod Touch. The iPhone may work with the newest version.)
• Restarted my computer
• Installed iPhoneDisk
• Launched iPhoneDisk
• Using the little menu icon next to the clock, I checked "Media"
• Plugged in my iPod touch
• Launched Senuti 0.50.1b5

I hope to in the future support both devices without the need to do all of this, but I just wanted to let everyone know that it works.

Update: Senuti now has experimental support for the iPhone and iPod Touch.

I've been getting a lot of emails about supporting the iPod Touch and the iPhone in Senuti. Unfortunately, I don't have either. In order to buy one, I will need to first sell my 30 GB video iPod. If you're interested in purchasing it, please email me and I'll give you more details. I'm hoping to sell it for about $120.

After a few rounds of beta testing, Senuti 0.50 is ready. You can download it now from the download page. A completely new site design was released with it. Enjoy!
