yOyOYoo, be careful not quitting. Account info is saved when you quit and when you switch accounts, so if you don't have multiple accounts and you never quit, your accont data won't ever get saved. Thanks for the info, though. I'll try to get it sorted out in the next version.

im using Mac os 10.3.9. I just recently got Cashbox. I'm just dealing with this little bug. As long as I don't "quit" the program it doesn't show up. Annoying though. i've tried downloading and reinstalling also.

yOyOYoo, I'm not sure. A few people have reported that problem recently. Any information on what sort of machine you're on? What version of OS X? How long you've been using Cashbox, etc?

Aaron, I've been using it from the beginning and have had very few problems, but I understand your concern. End of summer, look for something new, and much, much better. If you want to look in the middle of summer, I'll be looking for beta testers, or you can e-mail me now and let me know if you're interested in testing.

Good app, but it definitely needs export funtion to qif files.

I was just wondering when we will be getting a new version that fixes some of the small bugs and adds the basic functionality of SAVING/EXPORTING my data? The longer I use this great little app the more nervous I get, as I would really be detremented if my data was to be lost. PLEASE add a saving and exporting funtion ASAP! Please! Thank you so much! :)

Everytime I quit and then open Cashbox, a "NEW ACCOUNT"appears under my account list. How can I prevent this from happening?

MountainAsh, a crash report (located at ~/Library/Logs/CrashReporter/Cashbox.crash.log) would help.

Requesting: a built-in calculator to add a selected series of transactions and display its total; a way to export saved information (maybe in a non-proprietary file type like HTML or a text file); a way to edit the date on multiple entries simulataneously; a summary on the web site of proposed changes, discovered bugs, etc.

Crashing contantly when I change the positive/negaive colours under Prefs.

Would be nice to be able to export the date.
