Yes, I'm on an IntelMac. I deleted the preference, which was probably faulty, so I am good to go.
And that would be great if you would make those changes. People will love you for it.

dascope, thanks. On the 0.50 release it appears to be fine.
DudeAsInCool, are you on an Intel Mac or PPC? Saving should happen automatically, but I might be changing it to something like what you're suggesting in a future version. Thanks for the input!

I'm using OS 10.4.5. Not sure whether I had the most recent Cashbox or not, but I love its functionality. I did however run in to a bit of a glitch. Once I started inputting numbers, it wouldnt let me start over--in other words, I would input all brand new info, but when i closed down the app and came back the next day, the original date, not the new data remained.
I think there needs to be a Save aspect--so I can be sure the data I want saved is saved. Nonetheless, this sure beats Quicken--that program makes my eyes gloss over. I just want something simple.
Also, would you consider adding a section for projected income...I need to put this data somewhere, and if that function was there, this is where I would input it

a tiny thing i just notice, when the cashbox diskimage opens, the text reads "To install senuti.." - should obviously read "To install cashbox..".

Ah right, thanks! I had been changed the background colour, not the text. Works great now.
Any chance that you're considering more flexibility with the Reports? It would be nice to be able to enter date ranges in and save the results.
But it's proving useful already to analyse my personal expenditure! (You should see how much I spend on junk food...)

Love the program, have just started using it for real instead of playing with it. However, the colours that I assign to labels aren't showing up in the pie chart? The pie chart is still showing all black segments.
